East Ferris Official Plan - Trout Lake Policy Amendments
East Ferris held a Public meeting on February 25th, 2026 for two proposals going forward to the East Ferris Planning Advisory Committee:
1. Trout Lake Policy Amendments
Proposed Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment to implement the findings of the Trout Lake Study – the proposed amendments can be found on our website here – https://eastferris.ca/en/municipal-services/planning-services/proposed-trout-lake-policy-amendments
2. Subdivision Policy Amendments
Amend section 5.5.6 of the East Ferris Official Plan to modify the phasing provisions for Estate Residential development projects.
